Delivery Policy

1. Free delivery in SF for orders over HKD 800.

2. For orders under 800, shipping will be via SF collect on delivery, approximately HKD 30. International shipping costs will be borne by MUA Fashion.

Return and exchange policy

1. If there are quality problems (loose threads, stains, damage, etc.) within 3 days after the goods arrive, you can return or exchange them. Returns or exchanges cannot be made for non-quality problems.

2. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. They must be sent to the warehouse within 3 days of receipt.
