1. If there are quality problems (loose threads, stains, damage, etc.) within 3 days after the goods arrive, you can return or exchange them. Returns or exchanges cannot be made for non-quality problems.
2. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. They must be sent to the warehouse within 3 days of receipt.
