Returns and exchanges
📦 Need to return or exchange your order? We’re happy to help!
We offer a 3-day return and exchange service.
This period begins on the day you receive the item and includes three consecutive calendar days.
For example, if your order arrives on October 1, your return or exchange request must be submitted no later than October 3.
Once the request is submitted, the item must be shipped back within 3 days.
If returning in-store, the item must arrive at the store within the same 3-day window, by October 3 at the latest.
✅ You can choose to:
✔ Refund to the original payment method
✔ Refund as store credit
✔ Exchange for another item
⚠️ Please note:
🔸 Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
🔸 Items must be in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact
🔸 Items purchased in-store are not eligible for return or exchange
🔸 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
🔸 Return/exchange requests based on personal preference (e.g., dislike, wrong size) are not accepted
🔸 Requests made more than 3 days after delivery will not be accepted
⏳ Return & Exchange Processing Time
We will notify you via email as your request is being processed.
If there is a price difference with the exchanged item, we will contact you to settle the additional payment.
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item,
either to your original payment method or as store credit.
